Undergraduate Scholarships

College is expensive. If you are a declared accounting major, PICPA can help you with your college financial needs.

This year, PICPA granted multi-year scholarships to 29 students receiving a total of $103,000. Scholarship amounts range from $1,000 to $15,000 and many can be renewed annually until the completion of a recipient's degree, provided each student pursues a full-time accounting degree, maintains a 3.0 or above GPA, and satisfies any other renewal requirements established by the PICPA.

Who can apply

  • Candidates should be full-time undergraduate students majoring in accounting at a Pennsylvania college or university and have completed a minimum of 36 credit hours.  Students are required to have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

  • Awards are given on a competitive basis to candidates that best satisfy the requirements of high intellectual capacity, leadership potential, financial need, and intent to pursue a career in accounting.

Please check back in Fall 2009 for the 2010 application.
